Frankie was a SUPERSTAR! The original landscape company that installed the feature disappeared. I had another company come and take a look and they basically said they couldn’t figure it out. Frankie was here 10 minutes tested several things, and found the basic issue!
He was very professional, let me know exactly what another water issue was that was being blamed on the feature, and in fact didn’t have anything to do with the feature!
